I lived in a studio apt at the Rosewood Apts in Columbus Ohio. My health started to go down hill with headaches, scratchy throat, my depression got so bad that I tried to kill myself and all of this came on because of the mold and yes I doctor documentation of all of my visits to my doctor. My place always smelled and I had issue with mold and they came and cleaned it but it got so bad that I had to move before my lease was up because my health was getting worse. They told me that I still had to pay for 2 months of rent, (they could care less how my health was) I don't feel I should have had to pay them *** so now 7 months later they are still making my life *** (I still have health issues because of the mold). And then they sent my another $500 dollar bill that I refuse to pay, they say I had the electric turned off before I was allowed which I have the bill that says I had it out of my name 30 days after I gave my 30 day notice. Please don't rent from Rosewood Apts in Columbus, Ohio 90 percent of the time the property manager is ever there, the mold and the drugs she lets in there. And the property manager and her boss are *** and all they do is scream at me and make me feel like I am trash when the apts, the complex and whom works there.
