I ordered the Moen Voss Roman tub faucet with sprayer and inside the valves are plastic cartridges that need to be removed before welding because it will cause them to melt inside blocking water flow. We need the tool that will remove the cartridges. Only Moen has this tool and has ignored the request. We have talked with Home Depot, Ferguson's, and Moore's Plumbing who sell this product. All have said we have to get the tool from Moen. I paid over $1,000 for tthis.ffaucet.Do not purchase anreetotally regret the purchase.
