We were assigned seats but when we arrived we were given 2 bar stools and tod to sit behind everyone else. The woman who said she had been giving the same bad news to other patrons had been doing so for 3 years. This is a bait and switch scam by a company not interested in return customers. The woman's name is Brittney Schrei and the card she gave me says Premier Tickets Today. Our excitement was quickly turned into feeling tricked and bummed. These guys are thiefs.
