I wanted to buy a SIM card for PetroCan Mobility. I went to the store nearest me. They had none. I called a second store. They had none. I went to the Mobility website. It said to click the link to see participating retailer. I click and the list is empty. It says to click a link to buy the SIM card online. I click and they are out of stock. I call Mobility customer service. They say they can't sell me one over the phone and say I will just have to wait. Wait for how long? Indeterminate. I call PetroCan customer service. The woman says she will transfer me to the department that can help me. The call disconnects and the line goes dead.
