Received workamans compensation payment. The check recevied states Payable at Wells Fargo CA. I deposit on the app on 9/1/2021, . 9/2/2021 Alert that check will be help for 14 days . Reason refer to check maker. I reach out to customer service who state they an not help me. I reach out to the branch where I opened account spoke with Aracely. who stated that she would speal with her branch manager and determine whether or not I should come into reach a compromise. Aracely at the wells fargoi branch King St San Francisco did not return my call. I followed up wuth two calls was told all bankers were busy and someomne would call me back. I called to day 9/7/2021 at 10:30am and was told all bankers wer e busy except I was outside of the branch they had ZERO customers at the time. I have not deposited bad checks The originator has confirmed the check had been verified. Why is no one wiilling to help me and why was not at least a portion of the funds available for withdrawel. Workmans comp payment I have waited on a month and wells fargo adds two more weks when funds desperately neede to support family. No customer care concern
