On Tues 27th July phoned o2, have new phone, and still wanted p.a.y.g and keep my old phone number, new SIM - SSN 00684 ********, explained I am a disabled pensioner, I would be connected to Network in 24hrs, it is now Thurs 29th and I am still waiting, my mobile is very important to me, please connect me thank you
