This fellow named Edward came to our house to repair our 49cc scooter. After taking apart the whole scooter, he told us it was the carburetor. He told us we needed a new one. We gave him $100.00 and the old carburetor, and we have not seen him since. We call him and he says he is coming, but never shows up. He has hung us up for days. He is a liar and a thief. Although he is in Boynton Beach, Florida, he has a New York cell number, which is [protected]. He has several different ads, but they all have that same phone number. Beware of Edward!!
