I have purchased online intex aqua power plus mobile from flipcart on 26 october 15 with order no. - od204271188710000000. I found the mobile is not up to the standered as features provided by seller on advertisment... Also its touch function is not working properly so I requested flipcart to returen the mobile. My request and flipcart reply is - replacement (Return id: [protected]) - rejected we're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request replacement (Return id: [protected]) - rejected we're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request wheres it is advertise by flipcart that 30 days replacement / return warranty is given on all online product purchase from flipcart. Please resolve my complain as soon as possible. Thanking you sir...
