Brutal international shipping options (to Canada); no otptions (UPS only which kills Canadians with steep customs charges). Short-shipped my order without informing me so I was stuck paying for customs clearance and duty, only the partial order. In order to complete my order, I would be subject to shipping charges, and customs clearance charges AGAIN. I had a buddy order from this company, same total value of the order (around $200 USD), same Canadian destination; he had to pay shipping ($25), but was never charged customs' clearance. I received 'free' shipping, but had to pay $40 customs clearance!? 'Ken' at the company returned e-mails promptly, but had no understanding (or ability) to make the issue right. Prices are brutal too, but I knew what I was getting into on that front, so shame on me.
