I had a written contract for a cargo van rental and when I went to pick it up they told me they don't rent cargo vans from that location and didn't have any at the closest location. Even though I had a written contract to pick up and drop off the cargo van from that location. They did nothing to fix their problem. I will never rent from Enterprise again since they don't seem to understand what a written contract is and don't know how to fix their own problem. User's recommendation: Try a competitor- I found it's cheaper too.
