Hello, It's been almost a week since I've contacted the company with no response. I purchased a bronze bathtub spout which is' Model#: 10561 Sku#: 630396 I was 99% of the way finishing the install, and I was missing the screw to hold the handle on to the valve. The product comes with both a bronze handle, and a clearish plastic knob, but I bought this specifically for the bronze handle to match the rest of my bathroom. Instead of completely uninstalling to bring back to Home Depot for a refund, I figured I would see if you all could ship me the missing screw. Please let me know if this is possible.
