We are missing piece S, the clear V that attaches at the very center top piece of the castle that you attach the lights to. The back left side pice (1/3 major back pieces that hold it together) has misaligned screw holes and we cannot get the screws in. Please contact me ASAP about this as its been over a month since Christmas and my daughter is very upset. As am I. Refund or new lol castle would be appreciated.
