Missing parts and being ignored

This tv had a missing remote and a missing leg to hold tv up. I called them and they said they would replace it after an investigation. First I was asked for model number. The next week we now need a picture of tv. The next week we need picture of manual. The next week picture of were leg is missing. I have sent them so many pictures. They said parts are in stock and I should see them in two weeks. After 3 weeks I emailed them. They said we have no updates on your case number. I emailed them a few days later. I am now being ignored. Please google User's recommendation: Run.
