Missing order and no reply from customer service

Do not buy from this site, you will never receive your order! I have ordered a huge pillow as a Christmas present for my son and it did not arrive. Since it was taking way to long I bough from another site. I sent Buyfuf a message and asked them to cancel my order and received no reply yet. I have no idea was my order cancelled or not and I can't reach anyone from Buyfuf! I think this site is a scam. Recently I sent them another email and I really hope I'll get my money back. I paid 100$ for that pillow!
