Missing my rewards

I intentionally ate at carrabba's 5x between 3/16-3/29/20 and intentionally ordered more than $20 for my reward points and used my visa and 5 of my carrabba $10 gift cards that had to be used up by 3/30/20 to pay with each visit and never received qualifying credit for any of these visits. what the difference how I paid I still purchased over $20 with each visit? I guess manager said it was your system when you put in actual final amount it disqualifies you for credit as a visit as the way his system is set up. I actually shredded my receipts when I did bills in April. Went to carrabas yesterday cause restaurant has finally reopened for dining and they reviewed my visit on their system and had all these 5 visits in their system and it read not qualifying! I do have my mastercard statement showing i purchased their food for these 5 visits. I'm not returning back there as a regular custumer until I get this resolved.
