Missing Mass Effect 3 DLC

I redeemed my Mass Effect 3 "rewards" on the www.masseffectarchives.com website after linking my EA / Origin and Xbox accounts together. The DLCs that I am missing are: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/n7-warfare-gear/btrzz6xht3h6?SilentAuth=1&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot:overviewtab https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/m55-argus-assault-rifle/bv809wbwvw62?activetab=pivot:overviewtab https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/mass-effect-3-online-pass/bt1xx3g52lvs?activetab=pivot:overviewtab Despite the website explicitly telling me that I would be able to download the DLCs in question off the Microsoft / Xbox Store, when I find the items on the Xbox Store, the items in question are still marked as "currently not available". Either this is a serious issue that needs to be investigated and fixed or this is a blatant lie by EA to its customers. https://imgur.com/a/egDpohb As of this writing (04/11/2021), I have been on this case for 11 days now, EA Support have simply told me to contact Xbox Support and ask them to manually add the licenses for the missing DLC to my Xbox account, despite the fact that EA is the one responsible for distributing the product as they are the publisher.
