Missing item and Delivery to Parking Lot

I ordered a $75.98 Feel Better with Fruit arrangement on 05/03/2021, with delivery $85.98). Deplorable delivery, product and customer service. It was delivered to the parking lot of my granddaughter's apartment complex--she has a broken pelvis. Luckily her boyfriend was available and went outside to get it. I was supposed to come with a Get Well balloon and it did not. I submitted a complaint online and was told if I didn't receive a response from the owner/manager of the Bethlehem PA store, I should call the store directly or call the call center. I called both numbers and got the same message, " If you placed an order on Monday 05/03/2021 it will be delivered momentarily (this was 05/06/2021). I was unable to leave a message--there is no customer service. didn't get a response from the owner/manager wit call the store at User's recommendation: Think twice before you order anything.
