Missing exterior parts, Busted Radiator, broken fan.

I am a gold member, or so they say. I have just completed buying my 13 unit from Beforward ( vova), late December my Nissan skyline arrived, and after a week drive, computer and injectors had to change. when I complain, I was told, it is too late. I spent $1100 out of pocket on repairs in addition to the customer taking back their deposit. Then came the 2009 Jaguar XF, that had to been towed from just outside the port authority gate, because it was overheating. I later found out, that it came with a busted radiator, stuck thermostat and a not working cooling fan. because of my past experience where I was told, that my claim was made too late, I claimed, the very next day, pictures and videos were taken and sent in along before the required time. each time I asked the progress I am told, the process takes time, I am beginning to think that I am about to be scammed hence I am making these comments now, my car arrived on the 4th, I made came on the 8th and to date 21st June, I still don't have a response. this car had to be removed from the workshop and is now parked in my driveway, with all the chalk wrighting, and importation stickers on it. I am still hoping to be reimbursed after I have spent $1400 the Cayman Islands dollars so far. upset customer
