I ordered two diamond paintings from Home Craftology recently (20th Nov, 2020), and I received one of them on 30th Nov. The ordering system on their website had the same tracking number for both my orders. I assumed that both my diamond paintings would be sent together in one package, but unfortunately when i opened up my package there was only one diamond painting inside. I contacted them via Messenger chat on Facebook and I tried to explain to them that one of my diamond paintings was not sent. The person there was not helpful at all, kept asking me to check with my neighbours is there was another parcel or to check with my local courier again. I was pretty sure there was only one package with one diamond painting inside, but the person on the Messenger made it sound like it's not possible it wasn't sent. I believe that the tracking number was mistakenly copied into both orders. After a few days, i decided to email their customercare and tell them the same. I did get a reply and the person asked me to send the shipping label showing the weight of the parcel i had received. So i sent it and i got the idea that they realised - since the weight was light only one diamond painting was sent. And they said they'd put in a request for my missing diamond painting to be sent to me. It's now been a week, and no one contacted me for my missing order. So i decided to email the customercare again and check up on the status. And I was not impressed that the same person who replied had seemed like they totally forget what happened and said that my diamond painting was sent out on 30th Nov. I'm starting to think that they are doing this deliberately, i wonder if they WILL really send my missing diamond painting!!??? I recently read online about Home Craftology, and i didn't realise that there have been bad reviews about this company. If i knew i guess i wouldn't have ordered with them in the first place. So, i'm warning other lovers of diamond painting. Don't order from this company!!! Let's see if i will get my missing diamond painting - i may never receive what i paid for!!!
