i received my dishwasher and when i went to install it i noticed the side cover plugs where missing. i cant use it unless these are put back in after install. i called trail service center and i had 2 people call me in that day. they wanted pictures of the missing parts and the serial number . i haven't heard back from them in 3 weeks. no updates or anything. Iman Anderson is taking care of my file. apparently hes on vacation and no one is seeing this through. my thoughts are , great sales guys and *** service . for such a small and a cheap part they dropped the ball. i spent thousands of dollars there and they didn't get me my $5 parts . i had to buy the parts and wait 10 days for the parts to arrive.
