Missing Coupon and TV Books

I am constantly missing coupon books from my subscription on Sundays. I know this, because I call in to the Circulation Dept. at 602-444-1000 between 7 and 11 a.m. on Sunday mornings to check out what's supposed to be included in the paper. Easter Sunday I was missing my TV guide and had to go to the store and buy another paper. I'm wondering - Do you suppose that extreme couponing and holidays that do not include coupon books but are supposed to include the TV guide are driving the Circulation Dept. to omit these items on Sundays to get us subscribers to go to the newsstands and buy additional papers???
