I bought and paid for a bunch of items from Tophatter and I have not received not even half of what I paid for i bought 218 items and I have only received around thirty eight items or so I just want what I paid for or my money back thats all I want User's recommendation: If you buy from Tophatter only buy one item at a time so you can get what you pay for.
