Missed delivery for 2 weeks and no response to emails and cannot speak to a live customer service representative

I subscribed to the Sunday paper, effective 28 April 19, to be delivered to my home and for the last two weeks, I have not received it. I have spoken once to a representative who stated she would have my paper redelivered and document my account. Paper never arrived. On Sunday, May 5 - still no paper, nor able to talk with a customer service rep. I sent email and have not received a reply.
