Missed deadline on delivery by 4 hours

Placed an order through the website with explicit instruction on delivery of the flowers. In the message section I informed them that the flowers needed to be delivered by noon. Called at 12 . At that point the customer service rep didn't even attempt to call the florist. Called at 2, they reached the florist. Supposedly the flowers were in route. Yeah right. Called back again at 3:15 still no delivery . Flowers were delivered after 4 and will sit in the office overnight. Not given to my love. Flaming angry. Don't use these hacks User's recommendation: contact a florist directly. Not some middleman who just collect cash.
