On the 26 June 21, I boarded a flight from London to Athens the flight was supposed to leave at 12.15 pm instead it left at 1 pm on our arrival in Athens I arrived at the baggage hall at 6.35 pm, the luggage arrived at 7.35 pm there was outrage by the passengers in the baggage hall as there were no other flights and it was only after going back and forth to the bag tracing that an agent came and started to apologise after waiting for nearly an hour due to the negligence of the airlines I missed my cruise spent a €100 on cab fare then I had to go and book into a hotel Hyatt grand which is costing me €140 a night and I don't know when I am leaving as I have to make arrangements with the cruise company to see what they intend to accomplish I will send copies of the receipt for hotel tomorrow
