Misrepresentation of flight and complete failure of customer service

Itinerary [protected] Expedia clearly marked the price for this flight as including an item of checked baggage (I have photographic proof of this). Only after making the booking were we informed this would cost extra. However, Expedia offered no way of immediately cancelling the booking online and referred us to the customer helpline which told us we could expect a 4-hour wait before anyone answered. Moreover, the "call back" function was not working and Expedia simply terminated the call when we tried this. I want an immediate refund!
