misrepresentation and unethical behavior

On March 3, 2018 my wife and I purchased a 2018 Ford F 150 Raptor. The addendum sticker to the MSRP indicated a 30, 000.00 mark up. In the course of negotiating the dealer said the best they could do was 13, 000.00 over MSRP which was the best deal in the area. (Misrepresentation ) As Tuttle-Click Ford in Tustin, CA less than 15 miles away had only a 5, 000.00 mark up. We were faxed a similar Raptor from Santa Magarita Ford with a 7500.00 mark up. The sales manager took our credit card for the 5, 000.00 of the 10, 000.00 down payment and we had told him we would provide a check for the remainder. When we went to finance the finance person had already charged 10, 000.00 on our card without authorization. We have attempted to speak with the owner of the dealership, Oscar Bakharti, and were told that they didn't have his contact number or an email. So they offered the CFO with whom we left a message and no return call.
