misleading shipping charges

1

I subscribe to catch of the day newsletter and on sunday they advertised the previos months deals 30 in total with a $10 dollar shipping cap. The newsletter encouraged customers to buy big with only a $10 dollar shipping cap on the 30 items listed . So I went to the website and bought big and because I had already seen the catches in the prior to this I just preceded to add them to my cart and went to checkout which I had to do while talking on the phone. When I received the confirmation email I was shocked to see that I had been charged and extra $119 for shipping which was on bulky items but nowhere di I see anything telling me this. I will be making a formal complaint to the office of fair trading in regards to this as I beleive that it was very misleading and decepetive advertising and they should be made to honour their claims of the shipping cap or face a hefty fine. I had been a long time customer on catch of the day but after this I will no longer buy anything from them ever again. I have saved the email and the screenshot of that day which clearly state the shipping cap and will post here if allowed so others can see how I was duped.
