The promise of making six-figures is a dream when in reality they will use your name to incorporate a new office that way they are not liable for any lawsuits which leaves you out to dry. You will be alienated from anyone outside of their business model. Most of these employees are conned into a 1st interview with various job titles which are all the same position. Your first week you will see the revolving door of constant new employees and when graduating the "management training program" your full time role is to constantly hire new employees at a "weekly base" you negotiate and even after agreeing to a "weekly base" they will cut your time if you struggle to sell a service inside of a big box retailer. They sell the dream of owning your own business yet your money is controlled and majority of your profits you are forced to spend on job ads, rent and most managers have very little profit left.
