I paid almost $20/month for several years and had a recent leak ($3850 to repair). I put in a service request and was quickly denied. The person was certain my leak was not covered, even though I'd been paying the full intake/outflow coverage. It was supposed to be street-to-house-to-street coverage.. Somehow, the length of pipe in my basement was exempt from this coverage. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM. User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
