Hi Men Health A friend of mine emailed me your article regarding the "COVID Macroglossia." by Philip Ellis and Dr. Mike Hansen MD base on my patients and surgery. The article and video were excellent in detailing the interaction of ACE inhibitor reaction and angioedema in patients of African descent. Unfortunately, the piece and your video are off base since all 9 pts did not have a history of Ace Inhibitors. It would be easy to presume that we would not be aware of such interaction at the Largest Medical Center in the world, The Texas Medical Center. Thank you for your efforts in educating the public, but please contact the source before coming forward with an assumption.
