Misbehave to customer

When yesterday I call your number for asking my order related information, they tell your order will be delivered tomorrow. And today I call for again my order related . They say I will never say this it will be delivery 2-3 days. And say your order cost is very small so ,why I delivery fast and if you ask so I will cancel your order.
