Misapplied payments

I leased a 2019 Highlander through TFS. The vehicle was totaled in a crash, fortunately I was not injured. I leased another Highlander, from the same dealership. My first two payments, despite being for a different amount were applied to the totaled vehicle. Not did they apply the insurance claim amount, which was paid to TFS. They claim I am thousands behind and have damaged my credit, despite my paying the new lease amount every month. Agents acknowledged the misapplied payments and the insurance payment but say they can do nothing to correct it at their level. Meanwhile, each month I am getting a hit on my credit! User's recommendation: Get every agent's name, and document everything, because they are not honest!
