I read the complaint regarding the sexual harassment and the majority owner. What you say about the majority owner may or may not be true, I am not sure, but the minority owner is a work horse and a stand up guy. The minority owner (Noel) works sun up to sun down trying to make that company successful despite the lack of professionalism, lack of talent, poor decision making, and lack of drive in the majority owner. It is my understanding that the majority owner makes all the company decisions (non revenue generating ones), to the companies detriment. I also believe he is funneling money outside the company to friends and family to make the company appear to be financially worse than it is, in addition to all the hard earned money he blows with bad decisions. Without the minority owner, the place would be nothing at all and out of business. You can take that to the bank.
