I purchased a watch of the noted company on 10/16/2019 from Canadian Tire, 258 Merivale Rd, Nepean Ottawa, ON. This product has 5 Year limited warranty. Today (05/13/201021) I went to the store to get a change of the watch. I was never told at the time of purchase that after one year Canadian Tire will not change the watch and I have to send it to the company. It is not an expensive watch but I think as a seller or agent of the company Canadian Tire should change the watch to keep its reputation with the customer. I hope, Canadian Tire will give me a change of watch.
