Hi, Kindly want to make my a complain about my du number [protected] that was migrated to postpaid without my consent. This happened since last year and my line hasn't been active ever since then. Many complains have been lodged by me and to date nothing has been done. I have lost so many business contact as a result of this. All efforts to migrate my line back to prepaid has proved abortive.
