We paid $2000 to have LeafSlugger gutter guards installed last fall. In June, the entire second floor blew off. The distributor was not responding so I contacted LeafSlugger directly. After I sent pictures and warranty documentation to Pam at LeafSlugger, she verified that Michigan Specialty Contractors had NOT installed the guards correctly and assured me that LeafSlugger would make it right. It's now the end of July, the guards are still gone, and when I spoke to Pam at LeafSlugger last she informed me that she could not help me and I should file a complaint with our local Better Business Bureau. So uch for making things right. We invested $2000 in a product I was fooled into thinking the manufacturer would stand behind. Just another rip off. BUYER BEWARE!
