My credit card did not work so I asked to waited until the clerk next to the customer service counter finished with the line of customers before asking to use the phone to determine the problem. She said it would be ok . She then had trouble remembering the code to get the outside line. She went away and came back several times - more waiting. She could not figure it out but said she would so I continued to be patient while worrying about the credit card problem that was not anticipated. Finally a manager named Michelle was around so she asked her and Michelle VERY RUDELY told me the policy is only cab calls. No other employee during the 30 minute wait said this. Also, it was a quick call and related to the purchases. I do not think she made the correct decision - she should have at the very least backed up her employee who had already said it was ok and mostly she did not need to be so ugly.
