Mi Terro delayed 'til after pledge refund period, sent no order. Turned over fulfillment and billing to Shopify, transferring my card number without the balance on the account. I was pledge #45 for $195 9/2/2019. I placed an order 2/3/2021, received 3/12/2021. I was charged $197.50. Shirts are poor quality etc. Kickstarter did contact Rob Luo's office and an assistant did refund the $197.50. Thank you! They have not refunded the balance of the pledged funds. I have filed an FTC complaint, and continue to dispute that charge with Discovercard.
