It was the worst experience ever. We booked an all-inclusive trip to Mexico, which included airfare on Southwest Airlines for my birthday. Luckily, we were familiar with the resort so no issues there but the experience we had traveling on Southwest Airlines was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. It was the first time and last time booking through Southwest Vacations and flying with Southwest Airlines. Both companies did not help us with any of our issues. Southwest Vacations provide two numbers that customers can call before and during your trip but no one answers. When you finally get a live person they are no help and direct somewhere else. There was no follow-up, no email, no phone call nothing. Our luggage was lost and it was a circus just to find it or to get information as to where our luggage was and no one helped us. We got the run around calling Southwest Airlines and Southwest Vacations was no HELP at all. Finally, after a substantial amount of exhaustive conflicting calls and finally got information about out bags that NEVER left our departing City. WE FINALLY GOT OUT BAGS FOUR DAYS LATER! Oh did I mention that the day that we left our departing City Southwest Airlines changed the terminal on us and never advised us. Way to go Southwest Airlines! On the Scale to 1-10, I give both a 0!
