I have received email on 2 different dates that I have a message but when I go to the site the mail is not there. I have emailed customer service the first time but did not receive a response and now it has happened again. Please correct the problem and respond that it has been corrected. Dates this happened: April 25 David sent a message April 21 Herb sent a message
