Merchant Setvices Voucher redeemed but not paid out

I redeemed 2 vouchers for the same person on the same day, but only one was paid out. Need payment for the other one. I just double checked and this is the only pay out from that day no other transactions since then. The vouchers ended in 122 and 334. Not sure which one got paid out. I am including a screen shot of the one that paid out.
