I have had an account with Merchant Circle for several months Today, I received a phone call and email informing me that our account needed to be “Verified”. I naively provided five business contacts for verification purposes. I was appalled to find out that within minutes, your company used my email address to send a fictitious letter ostensibly FROM ME - with my signature - to my business suppliers recommending your services. I insisted that my website and all reference to it removed from MerchantCircle and all charges refunded immediately. I am extremely disappointed in this company. This is beyond deceptive. I am currently exploring my options for recourse.
