1st they have a set up fee of 490 USD + Taxes 2nd they hold 10% reserve, which is more than what we have in market standard..i.e it should be 5% I started processing from April 2017 and every time when my customers have a Discover or Amex card, the payment gets declined. In general, payouts are on time which is only thing I am sticking with them however when you see the deductions they deduct around 13% where as on agreement the rates are 3.9% They deduct addition 10% without stating the reason. I raised it many times but their service team is dumb to understand this concern.
