Merchandise paid for and unable to pick up

1

I purchased a rocking chair from the salvation army store around march of 2020 and left it at the store on commercial drive in spring hill fl. I was told by an older black sales manager that it would be placed in storage since chair would not fit inside my car trunk. I went back a few weeks later with a larger vehicle and it would not fit in the second car. I believe i paid 40 dollars cash because the mgr knocked off 15 bucks and put my name and number on the ticket as a sold item. I have been in and out of the state due to my 100 percent disability and dont remember the exact dates i have called to find out when I can pick up the chair. I have received numerous responses from the sister store in Brooksville but no contact information or resolution on my missing paid for chair. I keep getting referrsl numbers to call and either there is no answer or i get the standard runaround.. User's recommendation: Be aware of getting the run around.
