On June 15, 2017 I submitted an order for a set of Men's/Ladies engagement rings and when the order was submitted it advised that I should receive the rings by June 23, 2017. Yesterday I submitted comment through customer service and my order history requesting a timeline of when I could expect shipment of my rings. I have not received a response.
