I and my husband would not recommend this vacation membership to anyone who: 1) Wants to deal with honest and ethical staff. -This company lied to us and said that if we upgraded we would never have to pay a maintenance fee again. This was untrue. 2) Expects good customer service and if you have a problem they will fix it. -This company will behave as if your experience was a misunderstanding and their only concern was what was on the contract and Not what you were verbally told. They will offer nothing to remedy the solution either. 3) Wants transparency. -This company did not warn us how high the fees could go. To the tune of a $4392 refurbishing fee, who can come up with that? On top of maintenance fees and your mortgage. 4) Wants to vacation in peace. -This company will constantly push for upgrades at every opportunity.
