Internations refuses to cancel my membership even though it's been months since I've logged in and the next year of membership is currently due. The only reason I even remembered the auto renewal is because I got an email since I dont have the money in my account for automatic deduction. I was without work for almost 3 months and still business is so slow it's a struggle to make ends meet. They wont dismiss the unnecessary charge and cancel the membership. They lack empathy and it makes this automatic renewal seem more like a scam.
