I joined, it clearly says earn rebates. Definition of rebate is cash back/partial refund. Called customer service since I got an email with a rewards code, and not a check. When submitting claims I was told checks are sent the 15th of the month. Customer Service said no checks, only gift codes. I want my $27.30 gift code changed to a check, and future rebates mailed as checks to my home as the program states, or this is Grand Larceny on an Interstate scale and will be brought to the attention of the FBI. User's recommendation: Don't give them any more money than you have to.
