the tests are supposedly open book but I just took an exam that I studied hard for and flunked with a 10%. I have never in any course I ever took, gotten that bad a score. I took this institute's bookkeeping course and received an honor's certificate so I'm clearly not stupid. User's recommendation: Don't use this program. They aren't all bad, just this one.
